my honest opinion about airlines today it is very simple- the world market is not prepared - to supply enough pax revenue to hundred of airlines- when these new babies are borned every other week!!!
we feel that each country could one,two or three different airlines according to the country population-and the smartest decision would be a pool between the whole world- as a true team -where
everycountry would benefit all together!! Am I dreaming?? may be not...

It’s so very important that passengers realize politics has been very unfair to the passengers pocketbook. Extreme unfair policies up to now has been so potent in The Washington market. Dulles has been protected by the federal government giving almost every international route to Dulles Int Airport. Purposely keeping BWI out of the approvals for these international routes and airline gates approval for Dulles and not the most popular and busiest airport in the entire market. BWI has been targeted by political interference and huge cost to the flying public. Being forced to use Dulles for nonstop International flights due to Dulles getting the route approval and not BWI. The only carrier refusing to be made to abandon BWI is British Sirways. Other airlines have been losing money for years flying out of Dulles. But lord behold we know why they stayed there anyway. Your tax dollars have subsidized the huge losses by international carriers and their losing money routes. Tax payers keep paying those airlines to keep them at Dulles and out of BWI. The Washington Airport Authority that runs both Reagan and Dulles does not run BWI. The state of Maryland bought the then Friendship International Airport from the city of Baltimore and named it BWI. It’s a majestic airport one of the most beautiful and excellent airports in the nation. Easy access for both Baltimore Washington Northern Va. southern Pa. west Va. all of Maryland and Delaware. The people still make BWI the busiest of the airports in the Washington area. But the international flights are still being controlled by politics and your tax dollars. Even under the name of Washington Airport Authority. What a shame. Big politics get out of the private airline business. Let’s the people have the routes out of the airport they chose, not your choice for once owning both Dulles and Regan airports. Once this is read I hope changes are made immediately. Let the people decide where they wish to fly out of and stop paying airlines with tax dollars for their huge losses operating their service out of Dulles! Thank You and God Bless!

Airlines consistently sticking a lie “due to fuel prices”. Fuel prices low historically, ticket prices at highest despite flights are full. I fly frequently and never seen my incoming aircraft refuelled before our departure to 10K distance! Something much more weird ongoing. Either that money goes to government as taxes or airlines just super liers who even trying to save money from 1 cm leg room and stucking human like sardines.

What do we need all these rubbish 'low cost airlines' for? They all the same and equally wicked - no much variety anymore which will result in a tremendous lack of choice. And that will make flying less attractive, inconvenient and uncomfortable.

To put it brutally, I hope every airline that lowers fares on the backs of the employees paychecks goes under. Oh wait, we wouldn't have any airlines then.
