    ▬▬ Information ▬▬
Game of Thrones is an American fantasy drama television series created for HBO by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. Based on the fantasy novel series, A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin. A Game of Thrones is one of the most successful television series to ever made and continues to captivate audiences all over the world. The series is set on the fictional continents of Westeros and Essos, and interweaves several plot lines with a large ensemble cast. The first narrative arc follows a civil conflict among several noble houses for the Iron Throne of the Seven Kingdoms; the second covers the attempts to reclaim the throne by the exiled last scion of the realm's deposed ruling dynasty; the third chronicles the rising threat of the impending winter and the legendary creatures and fierce peoples of the North. Game of Thrones is set to return for Season 8.

All Red Arrows and Circles are placed in thumbnail for comedic and parody purpose. They do not point to or highlight anything in specific and are just there to make fun of other trash and awful YouTubers who use it to bait people.

I have to disagree with the hating Arya stuff. I loved it. We finally got to see Arya in a situation she realizes was horrible. She turned into that scared little girl again, and when that woman helped her up, I interpreted it as her seeing that woman as a mother figure in her moment of fear.

      You’re a bitch, Carmine.
“I can’t stand to see people burning to death. Wwwaaahhhh!!”
      Get over it!
I still thought Dany was displaying Rule By Fear that she promised to Jon and fulfilled Messandei’s request to burn the fuck outta everything.

I have a feeling that D&D changed their minds about how Cersei would go. If you look at how the ceiling collapses with *zero* acknowledgement from the characters, I think that the decision to kill them with bad cgi actually happened *after* that scene was shot. They should be screaming, running, swearing... Instead we got a new Oliver Reed in Gladiator "weird last words" contrived death scene

Am I the only one who noticed Dany gradually turning into the mad queen throughout the show?

            My prediction for E6:

Arya will kill Dany, or try to. Burned horse toy is a callback to Shireen's burned reindeer toy.

My biggest problem with this is bad Physics. They made the dragon way too powerful. Fire can make things get hot. It can even set something ablaze. But it doesn't blow up buildings. DRogons breath can't do that. Its not explosive and its not a lazer. He isn't the Death Star. He can make fire. He literally lasered a building in half at one point. Dany could have done this at any point? He "exploded" the giant gate his breath crumbled and blew up thick stone. NOPE.  Take a torch and try to burn a brick. It wont do anything but get the brick hot. It certainly will not explode. Drogon it not an F16 jet fighter. He is a creature with a breath weapon. Yes, fire breath is powerful, but it cannot simply obliterate rock.

to me the clegane bowl fight was mediocre. so the mountain was a op zombie. i think they rushed it not knowing what to do so you are correct. this should have been epic. it looked to damn dark to see a lot. the mountains face reminded me of darth vader and Freddy kruger. too many theatrics involved with the scene and effects. if kept simple and done by the right fight choreographer it could have been a little better.

Another person who doesn't have a clue. If you actually paid attention and didn't watch the series with your rose tinted glasses you'd have noticed this coming a mile off.

i had difficulty accepting it at first, but the more I thought about it the more it makes sense. Daenerys is a Tyrant. She believes is her destiny to rule over the iron throne, and that is how tyrants think. People are fed up with this outcome because they wanted a Disney ending not a game of thrones ending. It was hinted that this was going to happened. Above all, this makes Daenerys have more depth and be a more believable character.

People keep saying, like Carmine does here, that "nobody got to kill Cersei and Jaime". What??? the Red Keep just got tired of their shit and decided to collapse on them? DANY ATTACKED THE RED KEEP FOR THE PURPOSE OF KILLING CERSEI AND CERSEI DIED...ergo...Dany killed Cersei, directly and purposefully.

Bran controlled the dragon against the "Mad" Queen's wishes. Bran is the true knight king. This is the only possible way they salvage this shit.

                                      "The episode wasn't that bad"
I'd say the ratings on rotten tomatoes and ImdB disagree with you.

Imbd: 6.8, the second lowest score of any episode (the lowest was the previous episode with 6.1), just for comparison, the worst episode that is not from this season is 8.1, the next worst after that not from this season is 8.5, just let that sink in.
Rotten tomatoes: the worst ratings for any GOT episode at just 47%, the average for seasons 1 to 7 is 94%.

This season of Game of Thrones is a tragedy! The battle against the King of the Night should be the last of the season. The battle at king's land should be between the White Walkers and the Golden Army. And Jon Snow should manifest his hidden power ... for it is, Jon has a hidden power and the series will not show Jon's transformation into Azor Ahai. What a disappointing season. For this season, Game of Thrones is not the best series of all time. What an unhappy season.

Dany has always shown signs of being crazy, kidding yourself if you think otherwise. And what you're upset that Arya shows compassion for the civilians, probably complained about her being desensitized previously. You're a fuckwit, but you know it already tho aye. And Cleganebowl was fucking epic.

                                            Jon Snow this season:
                                            "She's my/our queen. I don't want the throne."
                                            That's it.

omg, if they revealed that varys had been plotting the whole time. dany flies into a surrendered city to surprise scorpions that take her down. that would have been epic. cleganebow was good. dnd were burning people to show the horrors of war which is what preston thinks the moral of both the books and the show is. and yet it gets talked shit on. whatever lol. it doesnt make sense that dany was able to take out all of those scorpions no problem. that really took me out of the episode. jame and cersei was beautiful. but why wouldnt cersei be somewhere safe with an escape plan. cersei is not honorable ned. mtn killimg qyburn was very game of thrones. if euron had actually killed jaime, that would have been so much better than this bullshit. jaime loses to sand snakes, sand snakes lose to euron, now euron loses to jaime? makes no fucking sense. i hated how the only reason arya couldnt kill cersei was because of dany. how was dany in all places at the same time. i thought she was attacking the red keep.

i liked the return to the horrors of war for real tho

It would have been better writing if Ceresei hoarded a bunch of citizens in the Red Keep and aimed her Scorpion Ballistas at Danny and Drogon while the Golden Company roved over her remaining Dothraki and Unsullied and then she just rained on the Red Keep from above blood and fire.

But his arc spanned the course of years. He even came to the north, knowing there was a good chance he'd die just to defend the people. If he had gone back with the intent of killing Cersei but also dying with her because he thought he could never truly be over her. I could maybe get on board with it. At least then his arc had a purpose even if he ultimately couldn't escape her himself. Instead... we get what is the equivalent of domestic abuse victim finally getting away from their spouse, becoming a better and stronger person over the course of years... only to abruptly ran back to said ex because reasons.

In fact, they outright said Ayra was only in King's Landing to give us a PoV character we care about instead of nameless civilians. Unfortunately, by the time Dany went Mad Queen, my interest had been all but sapped. I didn't care thousands were dying. I cared how the characters I have followed for several seasons had their arcs destroyed. Jon does nothing. Dany didn't earn her heel turn, it just happens. Tyrion's an utter buffoon, Jamie's redemption arc meant nothing and Grey Worm is a mindless brute. And don't get me started on Arya's plot armor and how Drogon turned on the mother of all god mods.

Dany expects too much without earning it in Westeros, though she was successful in Essos and Varys could have attested to it because he saw it. Yes, Jon has a better claim, but he assumed something without also talking to her about it. What is up with all the secret bullshit. If Varys would have gotten both of them and said he knew and what they wanted to do about it, then tell Dany with Jon's support that laying waste to King's Landing would be the same thing that Tywin did to her family.

I feel that D&D just said "fuck it, we got our SW trilogy so we don't care about any of this anymore because that is what it seems like. And both of them saying Emilia is not like that, NO SHIT SHERLOCK, we already knew that just like we know that Lena Headey is a very sweet, fun who likes to joke around and is professional because most of us have seen her in other things just like Jack Gleenson is really a very sweet kid/man who cares about people and wants to explore other things and the cast really liked him. I hate this patronizing bullshit they are trying to sell us.

Danerys: I mean what the fuck. She goes mental in the space of two episodes for no reasons. There are ZERO motivations for her to sack the city. So we are now supposed to believe she is just straight crazy? I appreciate the 'becoming the thing you swore to destroy' plot line, but they just didn't give her enough reason to go crazy. What the fuck is the personal vendetta got to do with her sacking the city. She won!
Cersei and Jaime: What the fuck!? Why are we supposed to feel sorry for them? The sad music etc. I detested Cersei. Jaime I never gave a shit about, but was happy for him to die. I felt like they robbed us of the ability to be satisfied by Ceresei's death.

Also Kings landing is made of paper. As much of a spectacle as the episode was, this WAS the worst episode of Game of Thrones i have ever watched, despite the good acting.

I HATE people saying that if Jon had given her the D then none of this would have happened because that makes everything seem so base. My problem with this season has not been the drama plots and stuff it's that no one in this season talks to each other. I felt that even if Jon feels a bit freaked that she's his aunt, he would have at least offered her some comfort in the form of what he did when Viseryan died. Just go to her, hold her hand, hug her and say how sorry he is about Missendei and Rhagal and just be there for her and talk to her. Also, he could have told her that he feels uncomfortable being intimate right now and that he needs to get used to this. I feel that there was a definite lack of communication going on. I do think Jon does love her more than just his queen but he just found out some very big news and has not processed all of that given that until now he always thought he was a bastard.

But the two of them have so much in common. Both were hated for what they were, both had to go through hell with people suspicious of them, Jon at the wall because he was a high born bastard and she because she's a Targaryen and both have had to prove themselves basically on their own. She was able to unite the Dothraki and he the North and as a woman, she had more to prove. I don't think she was given a chance at all and Jon didn't help her. Even if he just loved her as his queen, he could have made the transition a little better for her and spoke up to the Northern lords about how she risked her own life to go North of the wall and recused them and the risk she took going to King's Landing and none of that was said at all. Dany also needed to understand that Jon is going through a lot himself feeling just finding out about his real parents and that has to be shocking for him and she needs to understand that.
