                              I've made the pizza again and it worked great. I froze two lumps of dough to try and see how that works.


                              My only issue is forming the dough. it's always too thin in the middle and when I cut it and server it, it just wilts and everything slides off. So you have to be really careful. Tastes great, though. I just need to learn how to evenly roll it.

                                  Active dry yeast needs to be mixed with water that's 95-110 degrees and left to bloom for about 5 minutes before you add it to the dry ingredients... this is basic.. there's no way your method would work as that yeast either won't activate or will just die.

                                                I just made two pies and they great. No pizza stone/steel, so I put a cast iron skillet upside down.


                                                Made a 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni and then a tomato + basil pie. They were both really, really good.

                                                  Pizza can definetly be made at home easily, however, not everyone has a good oven, and you need a good oven to do pizza. If you live in a rental with a shithouse chinese no name brand oven kiss your pizza dreams goodbye because you simply won't get enough heat, you need 500f+ to get pizza to cook properly.

                                                                    Based on my own experience I would say yes, just make sure its fully risen and then wrap it up with plastic wrap, it should be good for a couple of months in the freezer, and if you plan on using it make sure you defrost it overnight.

                                                                                      How long will the dough keep in the fridge for making tasty za later in the week? Furthermore, would freezing affect the taste and/or texture?
